1. General Information

This document governs the use of the services provided by Wingstarifa, a company specializing in teaching and renting equipment for water sports such as wingfoiling, with operations based in Tarifa, Spain.

By contracting any service with Wingstarifa, the user fully accepts the conditions set forth herein.

2. Privacy Policy

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation), we inform you that the personal data collected through forms, email or any other communication channel will be processed by Franco Lattanzio, as the person responsible for Wingstarifa, for the following purposes:

- Manage reservations and commercial communications.
- Issue invoices and carry out administrative procedures.
- Send information related to contracted or promotional activities, always with prior consent.

Your data will not be shared with third parties unless legally required. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, and portability by writing to info@wingstarifa.com.

3. Terms and Conditions of Service

3.1. Responsibility for the Material (in case of rental)

- The customer will receive the material in perfect condition and agrees to return it in the same condition.
- Any damage, loss, or theft will be assessed by Wingstarifa's technical team.
- The customer must assume the costs of repair or replacement, if applicable.

3.2. Cancellations and No-Shows

- The client may cancel their class or rental without penalty if they give at least 24 hours' notice.
- In the event of a no-show without notice, Wingstarifa reserves the right to charge part or all of the value of the reserved service.
- The instructor reserves the right to cancel the activity if he or she deems the client not in adequate physical, mental, or technical condition to participate safely.

3.3. Meteorological Conditions

- Activities may be modified or suspended due to adverse weather or safety reasons.
- If you are unable to participate in the contracted activity for these reasons, and a prepayment or deposit has been made, the corresponding amount will be fully refunded.

4. Applicable Legislation

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute or controversy will be resolved before the competent courts of Cádiz, unless otherwise provided by law.
